The bus from kittilä airport stops right in front of the hotel!!! made arrival so easy. my junior suite had its own in-room sauna. I used it every day. the water world and spa were also highlights. I loved the variety of pools and saunas.
the cleanliness of the room could be improved, unfortunately.

The staff was helpful when my husband had an accident. They quickly arranged a disabled room for us. mait abrams, the manager, personally got a wheelchair from a local clinic, driving there himself. one of the staff members even assisted me in getting my husband into the room and providing him with a meal. it was our second visit, and we really enjoyed the staff support, manager assistance.
i was disappointed with the additional costs, such as parking and sauna access, at this four-star hotel. i feel that these services should be included in the room rate. furthermore, the sauna required an extra fee to use.

the hotel is next to zero point in the heart of the ski resort, placing guests close to various amenities. it is also near many good restaurants and the town center. everything is within walking distance, including ski rentals and shops.

the room had a sink, kettle, coffee maker and fridge, very convenient. a hairdryer and drying cupboard are in the bathroom, and an iron with ironing board is in the wardrobe. rooms include spacious balconies, a separate bedroom, and even a private sauna.

The rooms were clean and well kept. I liked the spacious dryers in the bathrooms. They were so handy for managing wet clothes after skiing. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The location was perfect as it was central and close to everything.
The room temperature control seemed unresponsive. Adjusting the dial didn't change the actual temperature.

Breakfast included a good variety of options, such as scrambled eggs and fresh fruit, though the scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from powder. The coffee machine, while available, needed frequent maintenance. The food was AMAZING!!!

Comfortable Stay Close to Everything

The location is excellent I could easily walk to the supermarket and the tourist center. My room offered convenient access to the spa. I found the breakfast to be abundant with many choices. The hotel provided a microwave and cutlery on each floor that was very useful.
The room's bathroom was fully equipped for people with disabilities I found it a bit outdated

The room was spacious and very clean it included a ski dryer that was the same size as a fridge. I appreciated the drying cupboard in the bathroom and the iron with ironing board in the wardrobe I found them very useful .
