The hotel is a good choice if you're looking for a family-friendly spot near the ski slopes. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options. The spa was not as relaxing as expected, feeling more like a community pool. Overall, it's a decent place for families, but if you're after a proper spa experience, you might want to look elsewhere.
This hotel has a fantastic Junior Suite that truly exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect for skiing and exploring the town, and the room amenities are exceptional, including a sauna and a well-stocked kitchen area. Unfortunately, the dining experience was underwhelming, particularly the breakfast, which felt rushed and lacked variety. Overall, while there are some downsides, like the cold spa facilities, I would definitely return for the accommodations alone.

However, the check-in process was frustrating and the dining options left much to be desired, especially during peak times at the gala dinner. The overall atmosphere felt crowded and at times chaotic, which dampened the experience.
